Marketing Communications Consent

Article 1 (Sender)

Marketing communications are sent by Spaceblue Inc. (the "Company"), which operates the endue service. The Company's name, address and contact details are listed under Business Information at the end of this document.

Article 2 (What We Send)

The Company sends the following to Members who have agreed to receive them.

1. News about new endue features and updates
2. Notices of events and offers

Article 3 (Information Used and Channel)

1. Personal information used: email address and name
2. Channel: email

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period)

The Company uses the information in Article 3 to send marketing communications until the Member withdraws consent or deletes the account. Once the Member withdraws consent or deletes the account, the Company stops using it for this purpose without delay.

Article 5 (Right to Decline)

This consent is optional. A Member who declines can use the endue service without any restriction.

Article 6 (Withdrawing Consent)

A Member may withdraw consent at any time in any of the following ways.

1. Turn off Product news and offers by email under Settings › General › Notifications in the Service.
2. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email.
3. Send a request to [email protected].

Article 7 (Notices Needed to Run the Service)

Notices needed to run the Service, such as those about payments, security and changes to the Terms, are sent whether or not this consent is given.

Addendum

This document takes effect on 2026-10-05.

The Korean text of this document is the original. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.
