Delete your account

1. In the app

1. In the endue app (Android), open Profile › Delete account.
2. Read the notice, type the confirmation word and tap Delete permanently.

2. On the web

1. Sign in at endue.ai and open Settings › Account › Delete account.
2. Type the confirmation word and choose Delete permanently.

3. If you can’t sign in — request by email

1. From the email address you signed up with, write to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Once we confirm the account is yours, we delete it and email you the result. We can’t delete someone else’s account.

4. What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in) and access to the service — access stops as soon as the request is received.
• Your agents, conversations, skills, saved files, connected connectors and channels, and your block list.
• Your subscription stops renewing.

5. What is kept

• Payment, withdrawal and dispute records — kept separately for the period the law requires (3–5 years), then destroyed (Privacy Policy, section 4).
• Originals of media you shared with other people — these follow the existing retention policy.
• Reports you sent — kept as review history, with who sent them removed.
• Files on devices you manage yourself (such as your own computer) are not deleted.

Deletion can’t be undone. Download any conversations or files you need first.
