Refund Policy
This policy sets out Article 10 (Paid Services — Fees, Payment and Refunds) of theTerms of Service as a standalone document, and has the same effect as those Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
- This policy applies to paid subscriptions and Credit purchases for the Endue service provided by Spaceblue Inc. (the "Company").
- Prices and contents of the plans are posted on the pricing page.
- The free plan involves no payment and is therefore outside this policy.
Article 2 (Payment Processing)
- Payment, invoicing and refunds for paid services are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), the Company's designated payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record.
- Accordingly, Paddle or Paddle.net may appear on your card statement and receipts.
- The Company does not itself store payment credentials such as card numbers.
Article 3 (Renewal and Cancellation)
- Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically each billing cycle until the Member cancels.
- A Member may cancel at any time from the settings screen in the Service. No cancellation fee applies.
- After cancelling, the Member keeps the plan until the end of the period already paid for, and then moves to the free plan.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; by itself it does not refund fees already paid. Refunds are governed by Articles 4 and 5.
Article 4 (Withdrawal of Purchase)
- Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a Member may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of payment.
- Withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17(2) of that Act for the portion already supplied (elapsed subscription period, Credits used and the like); in that case the unused portion is refunded.
- Where the Service has not been used at all after payment, the full amount is refunded.
Article 5 (Plan Changes and Prorated Settlement)
- When changing from one paid plan to another, the new plan is charged and the existing subscription is cancelled immediately.
- The amount corresponding to the remaining term of the existing subscription is then refunded on a prorated, per-day basis.
- Where a Member could not use the Service properly due to a cause attributable to the Company, the Company will take the measures required by applicable law, including a refund for the unused period.
Article 6 (How Refunds Are Made)
- Refunds are made, as a rule, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on the Member's card or account, depending on the schedules of the card issuer and financial institution.
- Refund requests are received at [email protected], and the Company replies with the outcome within 3 business days of receiving the request.
Article 7 (Where Refunds Are Restricted)
- Amounts corresponding to Credits already used and to elapsed subscription periods are not refundable (Article 4(2)).
- Where a Member's use is suspended or the agreement is terminated because the Member breached the Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict refunds.
- Where fees remain unpaid or payment continues to fail, the Company may suspend paid features or terminate the service agreement.
Article 8 (Relationship to Mandatory Law)
Nothing in this policy limits a Member's rights under mandatory law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Framework Act on Consumers. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails.
Addendum
This policy takes effect on 2026-09-16.
The Korean text of this policy is the original. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.
