  Asana 작업에 코멘트(평문)를 단다. ⚠️ 팔로워 전체에게 보이고 알림이 나가며 발송된 알림은 되돌릴 수 없다 — 요청에 대상·본문이 다 있으면 바로 부르고, 아니면 먼저 대화에 보여 준다(승인 카드엔 본문이 없다). 완료·담당자 변경은 asana__update_task. task 는 asana__search_tasks 결과의 id 나 Asana 작업 링크. 결과: commented · task · comment_id · created_at.

• asana__create_taskSendApproval required

  Asana 에 새 작업을 만든다 — project 를 생략하면 프로젝트 없는 개인 작업이 된다. ⚠️ 프로젝트 멤버에게 보이고 담당자에게 알림이 나가며 발송된 알림은 되돌릴 수 없다 — 요청에 대상·본문이 다 있으면 바로 부르고, 아니면 먼저 대화에 보여 준다(승인 카드엔 본문이 없다). project 는 asana__list_projects 결과의 id. 워크스페이스가 여럿이고 project 가 없으면 목록과 함께 실패한다 — 그중 하나를 workspace 에 넣는다. 결과: created · id · name · where · url.

• asana__update_taskSendApproval required

  Asana 작업의 제목·본문·담당자·기한·완료 여부 중 준 필드만 바꾼다 — completed:true 면 완료 처리, notes 를 빈 문자열로 주면 본문이 지워진다. ⚠️ 변경이 프로젝트 멤버에게 바로 보이고 알림이 나간다. 이전 값을 돌려주지 않아 되돌릴 수 없으니 바꾸기 전에 asana__get_task 로 지금 값을 본다(완료는 completed:false 로 되돌린다). 요청에 바뀔 내용이 다 있으면 바로 부르고, 아니면 먼저 대화에 보여 준다. task 는 asana__search_tasks 결과의 id. 결과: updated · id · name · completed · due · changed · url.

  작업 1건 — 본문·상태·담당자·기한·프로젝트·하위 작업과 최근 코멘트 20개. task 에는 숫자 id 나 Asana 작업 링크를 그대로 넣는다. 결과: 상태·담당자·기한·프로젝트 머리말과 본문(2000자까지)·코멘트(텍스트).

• asana__list_projectsRead

  Asana 프로젝트 목록·현재 상태(보관된 것 제외) — asana__create_task 의 project 를 여기서 얻는다. 결과: 프로젝트마다 id · name · team · status · modified · url (최대 25건).

• asana__list_tasksRead

  Asana 작업 목록 — project 기준이거나 assignee 기준(둘 중 하나 필수). 기본은 미완료만(include_completed 로 완료 포함). 결과: 작업마다 id · name · completed · due · assignee · projects · url (최대 25건).

• asana__list_workspacesRead

  연결된 계정이 속한 Asana 워크스페이스(조직) 목록. 워크스페이스가 여러 개일 때 다른 툴의 workspace 인자에 넣을 값을 여기서 얻는다

• asana__operationsRead

  Asana 공식 API 작업 목록·명세 조회 — group 또는 operation_id로 필요한 필드·권한·위험·제약을 확인한다. cursor로 다음 목록을 조회한다. 결과: 작업 id · 입력 스키마 · scopes · risk · limitations.

• asana__search_tasksRead

  Asana 작업 검색 — 이름으로 찾는다(본문 전문 검색이 아니다). 프로젝트·담당자 기준으로 훑을 때는 asana__list_tasks. 결과: 작업마다 id · name · completed · due · assignee · projects · modified · url (최대 25건).

Before you connect

1. Register the OAuth app with Full permissions and scope=default. Do not mix default and granular scopes. Open
2. Reconnect and re-consent in Settings after changing app registration. Existing token grants are not expanded by a DB migration. Open
3. Check resource roles on 403 and workspace paid plan on 402. Service-account/PAT endpoints additionally need admin/product entitlement.
4. Webhook create/update require an X-Hook-Secret receiving endpoint. Inline attachment uploads are limited to 5 MiB. ENDUE-1195.
