  Telegram 채팅·채널에 메시지 발송 — 봇 이름으로 보낸다. ⚠️ 상대에게 바로 전달된다. 수정·삭제할 수 있어도 알림은 회수할 수 없다. 요청에 대상·본문이 있으면 바로 부르고, 아니면 먼저 대화에 보여 준다. 상대가 봇과 대화를 시작한 적이 있어야 한다. 서식·버튼·토픽을 지원한다. 일반 텍스트는 4096자마다 최대 5개로 나누고, 서식 본문은 4096자 이내여야 한다. 결과: sent · chat_id · messages_sent · last_message_id. 수정은 api_write editMessageText, 삭제는 api_destructive deleteMessage를 사용한다.

  telegram__get_updates의 원본 update에서 받은 file_id로 파일 다운로드 — 3 KiB씩 base64로 돌려준다. 결과: data_base64 · next_offset · complete · 파일 메타데이터. next_offset으로 다음 조각을 받아 합친다. Cloud Bot API 최대 20 MiB이며 토큰·다운로드 URL은 돌려주지 않는다.

  채팅(대화방) 정보 조회 — 유형·이름·설명. chat_id 는 telegram__get_updates 결과에서 확보한다

• telegram__get_updatesRead

  봇이 받은 최근 24시간 업데이트 조회 — 오래된 순서, 수신 확인·필터 변경 없이 읽는다. 결과: chat_id · message_id · 원본 update · next_update_offset. 다음 offset으로 수신 확인할 때는 telegram__api_destructive의 getUpdates를 사용한다. 웹훅과 polling은 동시에 사용할 수 없다.
