  채팅(대화방) 정보 조회 — 유형·이름·설명. chat_id 는 telegram__get_updates 결과에서 확보한다

• telegram__get_updatesRead

  봇이 최근 받은 메시지 조회 — 채팅 id·발신자·본문. 다른 Telegram 툴에 쓸 chat_id 를 여기서 확보한다. ⚠️ 봇에게 먼저 말을 건 채팅만 보이며 최근 24시간까지만 보존된다
